Operating Procedure

Upon receiving a hazardous cargo booking information from a client, it is necessary to verify if the details match the information on the booking slip (hazardous class CLASS, United Nations code UNNO, packaging material and packaging grade PG, and the gross weight of the cargo).

The general booking information requires MSDS, hazardous packaging certificate, and transportation appraisal report.

After confirming the information, apply for booking with the corresponding shipowner, such as MSC, ZIM, HPL, etc.

Provide DG APPLICATION, MDGF, MSDS, and Dangerous Goods Packaging Certificate according to the booking requirements of each shipowner.

If shipping to Brazil, a Portuguese MSDS is also required.
Once the warehouse space is confirmed, along with the correct ship name, voyage, and the dock where the ship is berthed, submit a stack position application to the dock. Operations can only proceed after the hazardous goods stack position application is approved.
After the shipowner reviews the DG process and releases the warehouse space, proceed with loading and container pickup.

After picking up the container, first take photos of it. Specifically, record the empty container and side container number as well as the half door container number. During the loading and unloading process, first check around the container.

In a prominent position around the container body, post a sign with a danger symbol. (When picking up a container with a container number, you need to send the MDGF information to the shipowner for review.

Only after approval can it not affect the loading of the ship.)

During the forklift loading and unloading process, after the first and fourth pallet operations are completed, take pictures.

When the second and third rows are loaded, reaching half of the container, reinforce with wooden barriers and straps, and then take pictures.

After the subsequent two rows are loaded, reinforce with wooden barriers and straps again and take pictures, completing the whole container loading and unloading operation.

Finally, take pictures of the container door and half of the container body.

After completing the entire container check and inspecting the safety and solidity of the wooden frame spacing, you can close the container door.

After sealing, record and take pictures. After the container is loaded, you can proceed with the maritime declaration.

This is used for sending the bill of lading declaration and applying for dangerous goods to enter the field.
